Melba will be distributing credentials at the Westin (MLBPA staff hotel) beginning on Thursday (7/10) out of the Chastain Meeting Room. If you have any questions or issues reach out to her on her cell: 917-696-6708.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to overcrowding on the field for the All-Star Game, we are aware that additional attention and scrutiny will be paid to the following issues:

• Credentials are not transferable.

• Pregame field access is reserved for working staff who have a job function that requires them to be on the field at a given time.

• If you have a question or concern related to field access and/or clubhouse access, please communicate that question or concern to Melba immediately.

Please be sure to download the SAP Concur App for your phone so you can easily keep records of all your itemized expenses. If you have any questions about the expense policy please reach out to Mo or Jose with any questions and additionally Sean for technical support.

The majority of MLBPA staff are at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta.

• Players hotel: The Whitley, Atlanta Buckhead

• MLBPA headquarters: Grand Hyatt Atlanta

Everyone should have already received their hotel confirmations by now. If not, please reach out to Melba immediately!

Only staff staying at the Whitley Hotel (the Players’ hotel) need wristbands for guests. Swing by Melba in the Chastain Meeting Room at the Westin to pick yours up along with your credential.

Carlos will be on-site in Atlanta. Please reach out to him 24/7 should any security needs arise - (281) 961-2543. Carlos is in direct contact with Atlanta PD as well as MLB security.

• Buckhead (hotel) and the Battery (ballpark) are considered safe area of Atlanta but property crimes can be an issue.  Please lock car doors and be mindful of your personal property.

• Use the buddy system when walking around downtown in the evening.

• Stay alert while walking around -- off your phone and head on a swivel! Bad actors will only take advantage of those individuals that are distracted.

All ticket requests have been processed. Melba will distribute tickets digitally. Please make sure you have downloaded the MLB Ballpark App (This is where your tickets will be populated).

• Monday, July 28 - Final ticket invoices will be emailed to all ticket requesters

• Week of August 11 - All ACH debits or credit card charges will be processed

All ticket requesters are responsible for verifying ticket usage, confirming pricing, and accurately designating guests as either business or personal (friends and family) upon invoice receipt.

Transportation: Please use Lyft/Uber to and from the airport.
